Studio Classes

Jess is currently running her extremely popular Pilates classes in the idyllic Macedon Ranges at The Performance Pilates Studio in Newham.

Specialised 4 person studio session at the purpose built Performance Pilates studio, is an ideal way to get more out of your Pilates, using a range of small and studio based apparatus alongside matwork. Limited private classes are also available.

Class numbers are capped to ensure all participants are carefully monitored. Classes are varied, challenging and fun and utilise Pilates small apparatus, including the Pilates circle, stability balls, resistance bands, foam roller and balance disc. Clients are guaranteed an engaging, varied, high energy, challenging class, with close attention to detail.

Classes run during school term time and are priced at $38.50 (inc GST) per Studio session.

Waitlists apply to all current classes. However, do get in touch to check availability as spots do occasionally become available.

Private sessions are available by contacting Jess directly and are $99 (inc GST).

Online Training Zone

The Online Training Zone, offers a vast array of classes to cater for every body at every level. From gentle stretching classes to cardio fitness for horse riding, there will be a class to suit you.

Jess carefully guides you through all the exercises and sessions with great care. Many of the sessions include small apparatus to heighten the degree of challenge and engagement for the client.

Sessions range in length from 5 minutes for individual exercises to an hour for those wanting a more substantial workout.

With these self paced sessions you are able to choose what you want, when you want it. All for only $55 per month.

Rider Revolution

The Rider Revolution in 4 Weeks program is an online equestrian specific program, for those wanting to improve their riding. Over 4 weeks, in the comfort of your own home and at your convenience, you will undertake 3 sessions per week of between 20-25 mins duration.

Personalised Video Sessions

Designed with your body in mind, these tailored video sessions will suit your unique needs. Whether you are returning to riding from injury, need exercise guidance postpartum, are struggling with poor posture, or just want the motivation from Jess talking directly to you, then this is the option for you!
